Notice of Campsie RSL AGM

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of CAMPSIE RSL SUB-BRANCH CLUB LIMITED will be held on Sunday 30th August 2020 commencing at 9:00am, at the premises of the Campsie RSL Club, 25 Anglo Road, Campsie, New South Wales. Entry to the Club will be permitted from 8:30am.

Notices containing the meeting’s Agenda, Special Resolutions and Ordinary resolutions for consideration have now been mailed to all financial members.

 

The Campsie RSL Group is registered as a COVID Safe business and as such has implemented a COVID-19 Safety plan in line with the Government Public Health Orders addressing the wellbeing of our employees and customers, with physical distancing, hygiene and cleaning routines and strict record keeping. These steps will also be in effect for the AGM and include

• Temperature checking of all customers, employees and contractors upon entry

• Collection of details for contract tracing

• Reduced seating to promote physical distancing

• Area capacity limits

 

For all intending to attend the AGM we thank you in advance for following the directions on the day, and encourage you to

​

• Stay at home if you are unwell, or displaying any symptoms of COVID-19.

• Wear a mask to and at the meeting if you wish (there will be masks available upon request at reception)

• Ensure to wash you hands frequently and follow any social distancing requests made.
